Meet the Mesa Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Mesa

We’ve built our Mesa crew the same way we build our work: slowly, deliberately, and by keeping people who do the job right the first time. Every technician who rolls up to your door in a Servo truck lives in this valley, knows the difference between a Dobson Ranch track issue and a Las Sendas opener failure, and carries the same documentation standard that’s been our rule since 2015. Nobody on this crew was hired to sell you parts you don’t need. They were hired to diagnose, document, and fix. That’s the whole job. These are the people who do it.

Our People

Marcus Deller, Owner

Marcus has been on garage door job sites in the East Valley since 2015, when Servo started with one truck and a rule that the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. He named the company standard after that rule and hasn’t bent it since. Marcus still reviews the photo records from completed jobs, and he’s the reason Clause 1 exists: a flat, written price before any work starts, every time. If a repair doesn’t hold, the 365-Day Done Right Promise is his name on the line, not a call center’s. He works the same side of the business he always has: quoting honestly, showing the evidence, and answering for the result.

Daniel R., Lead Technician

Daniel has been setting torsion springs and replacing logic boards across Mesa for over a decade. He’s our lead on spring and cable work, which means he’s the one who measures wire diameter before quoting a replacement, not after. Daniel carries certifications for LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and handles most of our emergency torsion spring calls in the East Valley. When he’s not under a door, he’s rebuilding a classic Bronco in his garage in northeast Mesa. If your spring snaps at 2 a.m., Daniel’s the voice who tells you what he’s bringing and when he’ll be there.

Sophia M., Senior Installer

Sophia runs our full-door installations and has installed every major brand we service, from Clopay steel to Amarr carriage-house designs. She’s the one who checks the header, the jambs, and the balance before the old door comes off, because she’s seen what happens when someone skips that step. Sophia is also our lead trainer for apprentice techs, teaching the documentation standard the same way she learned it: photograph the mount point, log the brand and model, and write the scope before touching a bolt. She’s a Chandler native who keeps a very opinionated rescue dog named Torque.

Ray T., Service Coordinator

Ray is the person who answers when you call at 6 a.m. on a Sunday with a door that won’t close. He’s been dispatching garage door work in the Valley for nine years and knows which technician to send for a trolley carriage failure versus a snapped cable. Ray’s the one who sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name, so you’re never waiting on a callback window. He logs every emergency call and keeps the schedule honest. If you’ve ever called us and hung up with a time instead of a promise, you’ve talked to Ray. He’s also the reason our trucks don’t double-book on the same street.

Miguel A., Apprentice Technician

Miguel joined the crew two years ago after working construction in Queen Creek and asking a lot of questions on the job site. He’s training under Sophia and Daniel, learning spring containment, limit switch calibration, and the photo documentation standard from the first day he rode along. Miguel handles the preliminary checks on opener diagnostics and already knows how to spot a worn roller bearing before it takes out a track. He’s the youngest person on the team and the most likely to ask why a part failed, which is exactly what we want in someone who’ll be quoting your repair someday.

One Standard, Every Job

One Standard, Every Job

The thing that keeps five different people with five different specialties moving the same direction is The Haven Standard. Clause 1 says a written price and written scope come before any work starts, which means every tech on this page has to explain the repair in plain English before they touch a tool. Clause 4 is why the photo record exists: the customer sees what failed, and that photo is attached to the job file. It doesn’t matter if it’s Daniel resetting a limit switch or Sophia hanging a new door in Mesa, Maricopa, or anywhere else in our AZ service area. Same paperwork. Same documentation. Same rule that started with Marcus in 2015: the evidence comes first, the quote follows, and the customer sees what was done when the truck leaves. That’s the standard. These are the people who keep it.
